This article will show you how to enable the Is Scholarship field on a Payment Type. This option allows a Payment Type to be assigned to scholarships.
Important Notes:
Once set, you cannot un-enable Is Scholarship on a Payment Type.
Ensure that you have already created a Payment Type.
The Is Scholarship checkbox can be enabled on more than one Payment Type.
Instructions
Navigate to the Configuration tab, and then select Financial Settings, and then Payment Types
Edit an existing Payment Type
Check the box Is Scholarship
Click Save Payment Type
