Set Up Converge

This article will show you how to use Converge for merchant services and how to enable the EMV chip reader capability.

Instructions

1. Look up the Employee being used to process transactions via CivicRec in Converge

2. Click User Rights

3. Click the following Rights on the user profile

   • Transactions

   • Batch

     Note: These items are the minimum items that need to function properly.

4. Click Save to save user rights

5. Under Settings > System Setup > Processing Options, select Enable EMV Chip Cards
