Share a Session Link with Customers

This article will show you how to view a session's Catalog Link or QR Code that you can share with customers.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Navigate to the Activities tab, then to Activity List

  3. Expand an activity Activity list highlighting the plus icon to expand an activity.

  4. Click on the Edit Session tool (pencil icon) for a session Activity list highlighting a pencil icon to edit a session.

  5. Navigate to the Links tab Activity Session page highlighting the Links tab.

  6. The tab will auto-generate a hyperlink and QR code Activity Session links tab highlighting the generated Catalog link and QR code.

  7. Email, share on social media, or put the link/QR code on your public
