View and Resend Waivers and Attachments

This article will show you how to view all the waivers and a user has signed. This is useful to see what a user may be missing for their rental or event, as well as resending waivers.

Instructions

  1. Search for and select a user account search and select user

  2. Hover over the desired user and click Waivers/Attachments waviers attachments

  3. View the waivers/attachments waiver status

    • Include Legacy Data: Use this option to include data from REC1 2.0 (page may take longer to load)

      Note: This is not recommended for version 3.0.

    • Current Text: Click this option to view the current version of the waiver or attachment

  4. To resend an email waiver, select Email Waiver next to the appropriate form  Email_Waiver.png

    Note: This will only be available for unsigned waivers. If the waiver has already been signed, the signature will populate here instead of the Email Waiver button.
