View and Resend Waivers and Attachments

This article will show you how to view all the waivers and  a user has signed. This is useful to see what a user may be missing for their rental or event, as well as resending waivers.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Search for and select a user account Highlighted Search bar and selected user on the accounts page.

  3. Hover over the desired user and click Waivers/Attachments Account details including membership status and the waivers icon highlighted.

  4. View the waivers/attachments Waiver status overview including various agreements and dates.

    • Include Legacy Data: Use this option to include data from REC1 2.0 (page may take longer to load)

      Note: This is not recommended for version 3.0.

    • Current Text: Click this option to view the current version of the waiver or attachment

  5. To resend an email waiver, select Email Waiver next to the appropriate form  Waiver agreements and an email waiver option highlighted.

    Note: This will only be available for unsigned waivers. If the waiver has already been signed, the signature will populate here instead of the Email Waiver button.
