Within each Request Category, there is a field that can help other members of a team be alerted to a new Request, but not be assigned the Request.
Additional Notifications is a tool that will send out an email to each email address listed in the field when a new Request is submitted using that Request Category. Think of this field as a CC: field when sending an email; the person who is CC'd is not required to respond to the email, but the email is being sent to them for their information.
Add Multiple Email Addresses
To add multiple email addresses, simply separate each email address entered by a comma. The emails added to this field can be any email address you wish. The email address does not need to be associated with a member of the organization.
