The size requirements for images in Request Management and Work Orders are up to 30 MB. The allowed file formats are GIF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and BMP.
Note:
GIFs can be uploaded, but they will display as a still image rather than an animation.
HEIC Images from iPhones
The SeeClickFix 311 CRM iOS App converts selected report images, including HEIC (High Efficiency Image Container) images, to JPEG before uploading them. This means iPhone users can attach HEIC photos through the iOS app without changing their camera settings.
HEIC files are not supported when uploaded directly through the web. If transferring an iPhone photo to a computer before submitting it, first convert or export it to one of the supported formats listed above.
