Organization API License

{{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} provides a private organizational scope {{glossary.API}} for integration. The organizational-specific {{glossary.API}} provides access to private issues and other non-public content. Access to this {{glossary.API}} must be authenticated and is only available to properly authorized members of the respective organizations. This {{glossary.API}} can be utilized for the City to build out further integrations or analyze the data with other tools. Accela Automation

{{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} provides a productized, hosted integration with Accela Automation. This integration requires the City to have Accela version 7.3.2+ with Accela Mobile Office (AMO) license.

When a resident user creates a new request in {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}}, the integration will automatically submit them to Accela individually (on the fly) as new Records. The integration can optionally populate the Accela address, parcel, parcel owner, or Custom Forms for each record. If the {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} request includes an image, the integration submits it to Accela as a Document on the Record. The integration also sends comments to and from the two systems. The {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} integration will periodically query Accela for changes to the Record to keep the resident updated. When the Record is closed in Accela, the request will be closed in SeeClickFix triggering an update email to the resident requester. ArcGIS Online

Brightly Asset Essentials

The integration uses the REST/JSON {{glossary.API}} and integrates SeeClickFix requests into Asset Essentials (AE) work orders. Brightly SmartGov

{{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} provides a productized, hosted integration with the Brightly SmartGov code enforcement system. This provides a front-end public-facing portal for the city to track all requests while automatically integrating the requests with the city's backend code enforcement system. Resident code complaints are submitted into {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} as requests and then instantly routed into Brightly SmartGov through a two-way integration that keeps the city and the resident requester up to date. The integration requires a SmartGov {{glossary.API}} License from Brightly.

CentralSquare Community Development (formerly TRAKiT)

{{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} provides a productized, hosted integration with the CentralSquare Community Development (formerly known as TRAKiT) CRM module. The integration requires the city to provide access to {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} to the iTRAKiT {{glossary.API}}.

{{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} will periodically query CentralSquare Community Development for the latest CRM Issue Types and make them available as {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} request categories. For each CentralSquare Community Development request category, {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} will periodically query CentralSquare for the latest CRM Issue Sub-Types and make them available as answers to a sub-type question on the {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} request submission forms. These syncing features are also available on-demand in our CRM.

{{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} will submit requests to CentralSquare Community Development as they are created by residents, for request categories configured to use the integration. {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} will periodically poll CentralSquare Community Development for changes to the request. This will then trigger comments added and the status updated appropriately on the {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} request, which will keep the requester updated as well.

CentralSquare Enterprise Asset Management (formerly Lucity)

{{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} provides a productized, hosted integration with CentralSquare Enterprise Asset Management (formerly known as Lucity) for work requests. The integration with SeeClickFix requires access to the CentralSquare Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Citizen Portal REST {{glossary.API}} (this is an extra cost for the customer with Central Square).

With the integration, resident requests are instantly routed and passed from {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} into CentralSquare EAM through a two-way integration that keeps the city and the requester up to date. {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} can dynamically sync the correct work request categories into {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} for public reporting. This daily or on-demand sync keeps the categories in each system aligned. When a resident then submits a request into {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}}, it is automatically sent to CentralSquare EAM for the organization's personnel to manage with their normal workflow. The integration enables {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} to periodically poll CentralSquare EAM for changes to the request and update it accordingly for changes to statuses or new comments added.

{{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} can also integrate directly into Work Orders within CentralSquare EAM, however, this is a rare use case.
