Session Inactivity Timeout

As part of CivicPlus’s ongoing efforts to implement security and privacy controls, user sessions automatically expire after a set period of inactivity, reducing the risk of unauthorized access. Standard users have an 8-hour session duration, while employee sessions follow a separate configurable timeout. Existing sessions will transition to the new behavior and expire based on the updated limits.
