There are two types of users for the archive, Account Owners and System Administrators ({{glossary.Admin}}). The different user types grant varying levels of access, which should be considered when adding users to the archive.

Account Owners

Account owners are responsible for connecting social media accounts to the archive. When invited to Login, they also have the following capabilities:

Oversee the social media accounts they connected
Track and resolve disconnections
Run searches and exports
Set up custom alerts and run analytics reports ({{glossary.RMA}} Required)

System Admins

System Admins manage the archive.

The Primary Admin

The primary contact for your archive. Typically, the person using the archive the most.
This must be an individual, both in name and email.

There are two levels of permissions for System Admins.

Full Access Admins may utilize all features of the archive:
1. Browse, Search, and Export records across all connected social media accounts.
2. Add and remove other Admins and Account Owners.
3. Setup Alerts and run analytics reports ({{glossary.RMA}} Required)
4. Tag records and add annotations.
5. Transfer and deactivate accounts.
Read Only Access Admins have reduced management capabilities (No Configure Tab):
1. Browse, Search, and Export records across all connected social media accounts.
2. Cannot manage users nor accounts, tag records, manage alerts, or modify settings.
