If you're unable to download a report from your archive, you may need to turn off your pop-up blocker or allow pop-ups from your archive. To allow pop-ups, please use the following links for your current browser:

  • We recommend using the section to allow pop-ups from a specific site

• Internet Explorer

  • Use the section for 'Pop-up Blocker'

• Safari

• Firefox

• Microsoft Edge

  • Ensure that the Block toggle is Off to allow pop-ups
