Follow the steps below to request assistance from Facebook/Meta with accessing your Page, Group, or Meta Business Suite. CivicPlus does not support Facebook/Meta, so you will need to contact Facebook support with any issues using that platform.
Prerequisite Instructions
Log in to your Facebook Profile on your web browser.
Ensure that at least one of your managed Facebook Pages is categorized as a Government Organization or Government Official.
Ensure that you have Admin rights on at least 1 Business Portfolio/Business Suite.
Contacting Facebook Support
Submit Facebook support tickets:
Government agencies: Submit tickets on Facebook Government Support
Non-government agencies: Submit tickets on Facebook Business Support
You can select both an Issue and an Asset. Choose Other if you do not see your particular issue as an option.
You can then fill out the issue details.
If the above method is not available, you can submit a ticket using the account dropdown (your profile picture or page profile picture) in the upper right corner of Facebook. Click Help and Support.
Select Report a problem.
Select Something went wrong.
Enter details regarding the issue and click Submit.
