Viewing Captured Web Snapshots

This article goes over how to Browse Web Snapshots in your Archive.

Important Note

This feature is only available on the Standard plan and above.

Browsing Web Snapshots

1. Navigate to the Browse tab:

2. Select the from the Account Owners and Accounts list:

3. Select Web Snapshots from the middle list:

4. Click the View button found next to the Site URLs heading to view the site’s URL:

5. Search and select the URL to browse snapshots:

6. You can use the date selector or the timeline slider bar to select the date for which you want to view the snapshot:

Finding Web Snapshots Through Search

Quick Search

If the criteria are included in a web page that has been stored, Web Snapshots will be included as a filter link to the left of your search results:

Advanced Search

Agencies can limit the content type of their searches to Site URLs by using the advanced search feature.

1. Navigate to the Search Tab:

2. Click the Advanced Search tab:

3. Click Clear under Content Types:

4. Click on the Web Snapshots icon:

5. Select Site URLs from the resulting dropdown menu:

6. Fill out the rest of the Advanced Search Options

7. Click the Search button:
