Create a Resident Portal Account
Click the Sign Up button

Type your Customer ID into the text field

Note:
Your Online Customer ID is found on your bill
Set your Billing Preferences

Enroll in Paperless Billing: Toggle on to opt in to paperless billing
Can the City Send You Communications?: Toggle on to opt in to receiving emails from your city
Click the Sign Up button

Type your email into the Email field

Type your first and last names in the First Name and Last Name fields

Type a Password in the Password and Confirm Password fields

Note:
Your password must be:
8 characters long
contain both letters and numbers
Click Create Account

Check your email for a One Time Password
Enter the One Time Password into the Enter OTP field

Click Verify

Edit Account Details
Click Manage Account

Edit your account details as necessary

Billing Information
Click Save Account Changes

Enroll in Paperless Billing
Click Manage Account

Turn Enroll in Paperless Billing on or off

On: A green dot on the right side of a green bar will appear if Autopay is on

Off: A white dot on the left side of a grey bar will appear if Autopay is off
