The Query tab is used to search, filter, and analyze data related to assets, events, or infrastructure. It allows users to generate customized data views by selecting specific asset types and applying filters or criteria. This is particularly useful for reviewing inventory, tracking maintenance activities, or identifying assets that meet certain conditions.
With the Query tab, users can:
Select from a wide range of asset classes and events, such as roads, parks, or water infrastructure.
Build queries to extract targeted data.
View query results in a grid or map format for easy sorting and analysis.
Export or print results for reporting or offline use.
Customize layouts or group data to understand trends or relationships better.
Query Menu
The Query Menu allows you to view records from your database. Records can be filtered and grouped for easier viewing, or viewed on a map.
Query Layout
Users may show or hide columns, reorder fields, and save layout preferences in the Query Layout tab. These layouts can be saved individually, or saved and shared with other users within your organization.
Query Actions
The Query Actions menu allows users to export queries, create multiple or recurring events, and update multiple queries at once.
