  1. Sign In to Utility Billing

  2. Click the Query tab
    Query tab in Utility Billing.

  3. Expand the General menu
    The General Query open button.

  4. Expand the Account menu
    The Account Query open button.

  5. Click the Arrangement button
    The Arrangement button in the Account list of the General Query menu.

  6. Locate the Account Number or Address in the table

  7. Click the Arrangement URL
    The Arrangement URL in the Arrangements list.
