Calendar-Based Work Order Scheduling

The Schedule is a calendar-based work order scheduling tool that visually enables you to manage your work. This tool is meant for crew leaders to see what their team is working on by day, week, or month. You can drag and drop events, move them around, and reassign them to individuals, all through the Schedule.

With the Schedule, you can:

Schedule work orders or events by dragging them on the calendar
View different calendars side-by-side
Block out holidays and breaks

Create New Assets Directly From the Map on Mobile

From the map view on your mobile device, you can now create an asset.

Update Asset Geometry on Mobile

You can update the geometry of an asset by clicking on the Geo tab.

View Grouped Assets on Mobile

You can view all grouped or child assets by clicking on the folder icon.

On a Sign Support work order its grouped assets folder icon is highlighted.

This will then show you a list of all the assets.

BEEH-434: {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} Integration Comments Modal - When a user attempts to open the comment modal, the modal does not open.
- Expected Functionality: When a user clicks the ‘Comments’ button, the comment dialog box should open.
BEEH-338: {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} Integration Image Syncing - Additional work was needed to enable bidirectional image syncing with the integration.
- Expected Functionality: When a user uploads an image to a request in {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}}, it should automatically be synced to {{variable.Asset Management}}, for the reverse, and an image marked as public will be sent back to {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} on a polling schedule.
BEEH-318: Grouped Asset Not Inheriting from Parent Geometry - If you add a child asset to a group, the child is not inheriting the geometry from the parent asset. For example, if you add streetlights to a pole, the streetlights would not show the geometry of the pole.
- Expected Functionality: The geometry of the parent asset should be inherited and viewable on the map after creation.
BEEH-519: Saved Layout Filters Don’t Apply - If you load a layout that contains filters, the filters are being ignored.
- Expected Functionality: If you save a layout, filters, groups, and columns should be saved as part of the layout and be included when the layout is loaded.
BEEH-520: Imaged Don’t Open - If you upload an image to the Documents area, you can download it, but cannot preview it in the browser.
- Expected Functionality: Clicking an image in the Documents tab should allow you to preview it.
BEEH-280: WMS Layers Transparency Applied in Code - Web Map Services were getting a 50% transparency set and making it difficult to see.
- Expected Functionality: No transparencies should be set.
