Schedule Overview

The Schedule is a calendar-based, work order scheduling tool that visually allows you to manage work. This tool is meant for crew leaders to see what their team is working on by day, week, or month. You can drag-and-drop events, move them around, and reassign between individuals, all through the Schedule.

Note:

The Schedule is only supported in Desktop views and not in Mobile.

Month, Week, Day, Agenda Views

In the top right corner, you can switch between viewing the Schedule in Month, Week, or Day modes. There is also an Agenda view which will give a list in chronological order

Show Different Calendars

You can flip between the unscheduled events list and users’ calendars by using the switch button. You can also view more than one calendar at a time.
