View Different Calendars

You can view one or more calendars side-by-side.

Who can use this feature?

You must be an admin of a crew.

Instructions

1. Sign In to Asset Management

2. Click the Schedule tab

   

3. Switch to the user list

   Note:

   The user view will swap to the unassigned calendar by default.
   

4. Expand the section to view users
   

5. Check the box next to each user to see their calendar
   

   Note:

   The colors used for user time blocks are randomly assigned.

6. Each calendar selected will be added to the right and viewed side-by-side
