Search for Assets and Events

You can search for any asset or event by using the search bar from the Asset tab.

Search for Assets or Events

1. Sign In to Asset Management

2. Click the Asset tab on the left side of the screen
   

3. Use the search bar to enter a specific name or class:
   

   • Asset Search: Only searches for assets

   • Event Search: Only searches for created events

4. The results of your search will appear under the event search bar on the left side of your screen|
   

   Note:

   You may put a % variable to represent unknown characters when doing a search.

   • Example: FH% will find assets such as FH101, FH202.

   Underscores are also wildcards for just one character. A common use case for the underscore wildcard is for address searching

5. Clicking on an asset will allow you to

   • View full details and attachments

   • Review historical events

   • Create a new event (like an inspection or service task)
