Event Spray is a way to apply the same event across multiple assets simultaneously
Who can use this feature?
You must have permission to use this feature and the query must configured to allow an event spray.
Perform an Event Spray
Log in to your system
Select the Query tab

Use the Query tab to filter to the desired assets
Select Query Actions:

Select Event Spray:

Select the Event Type:

The event types available will be dependent on the asset class selected.
Fill out the Spray Event’s information fields:

Identification Details:
Name: Enter a name for the event or leave blank to be filled by autoincrements.
Maintenance Type: Select the appropriate type from the dropdown list.
Crew: Choose the assigned crew.
Assigned To: Assign the event to an individual or team.
Status: This field defaults to Pending (the default can be changed).
Priority: Set the event priority (such as 3).
Supervisor: Assign a supervisor if needed.
Work Order: Enter a related work order, if applicable.
Scheduling Information:
Planned Date: Select the intended date for the spray event (like 05/14/2025).
Actual Date: Leave blank unless the event has occurred.
Start Time/End Time: Optional; enter times if needed.
Duration: Select how long the event is expected to take in minutes.
Optional: Enter Resources:
Click New under Time to add:
Date
User
Duration
Wage Code
Note
Click New under Material to add:
Component
Part
Unit Cost
Quantity
Cost
Note
Optional: add Notes
Use the Note field in the Miscellaneous section to enter any relevant information or comments.
Once all required fields are completed, click the “Next” button in the bottom-right corner:

If you wish to exit without saving, click the Cancel button at the bottom:
