SeeClickFix 311 CRM and CivicPlus Asset Management Integration
CivicPlus now provides a two-way integration between the SeeClickFix 311 CRM and CivicPlus Asset Management solutions. This enables residents to submit all requests through SeeClickFix 311 CRM, with the request details automatically integrated into CivicPlus Asset Management. This then enables both systems to communicate with each other, keeping residents informed about the latest updates.
The integration sends requests from SeeClickFix 311 CRM into Asset Management. This includes:
Creation and sync SCF request categories from entity types in Asset Management
Creation and sync of SCF requests into Asset Management
Update of status on SCF request based on status change in Asset Management
Images added to SCF request sent to Asset Management
Images added in Asset Management as public sent back to SCF request as new public comment
Creation and syncing of public comments between SCF and Asset Management
