BEEH-411 | Migrate BHProxy Service: The underlying service that fuels our report tab is deprecated and will become unsupported on September 25, 2025. In advance of that, we have migrated away from the Azure function proxy feature.
Expected Functionality: No noticeable difference should be seen. The entire update is behind the scenes with no downtime.
