Update a User's Permissions

Administrators can update users’ permissions through the Admin Application.

Who can use this feature?

Only users who have access to “Admin - Configuration Tools”.

Important Note

The active user must either refresh their browser or sign out and then sign back in for the changes to take effect.

How to Update a User’s Permission

  1. Navigate to the Admin application and sign in. This is a separate URL from your main system.

  2. Select the user you want to update

  3. Select the Permission Group by checking the box

    Select a Permission Group by checking the box.

    1. In each Permission Group, you can view what permissions are assigned to the group as well as what users are in the group.

      View permissions assigned.

  4. Click Save.

    The Save button.
