Administrators can update users’ permissions through the Admin Application.
Who can use this feature?
Only users who have access to “Admin - Configuration Tools”.
Important Note
The active user must either refresh their browser or sign out and then sign back in for the changes to take effect.
How to Update a User’s Permission
- Navigate to the Admin application and sign in. This is a separate URL from your main system. 
- Select the user you want to update
