Within our Help Centers, you can like or dislike an article or page category. This provides our Knowledge Management team with valuable feedback that allows us to improve the quality of our . This article will show you how to like or dislike an article.

Important Notes

  • must leave a comment explaining their feedback if they dislike an article. If they do not, the dislike will not count.

  • You can undo a like or dislike within 30 days. If you clear your Browser cache, the saved data is deleted, and you will not be able to undo the action.


Like an Article

  1. Navigate to the desired article and scroll to the end of the article

  2. Click the Yes (thumbs up) icon to indicate that the article was helpful

  3. The Leave a feedback panel will appear. Enter feedback in the provided space, if desired.

  4. Check the Notify me about updates checkbox and enter your email address if you wish to receive notifications related to your feedback

  5. Click Submit

  6. Your feedback has been recorded

  7. To undo your action, click the thumbs-up icon again

Dislike an Article

  1. Navigate to the desired article and scroll to the end of the article

  2. Click the No (thumbs down) icon to indicate that the article was not helpful

  3. The Help us to improve this article panel will appear. Select a feedback option and type feedback.

  4. If desired, check the Notify me about updates checkbox and enter your email address if you wish to receive notifications related to your feedback

  5. Click Submit

Frequently Asked Questions


What happens if I click dislike, provide feedback, and then undo the dislike?

If you undo a dislike after submitting feedback, the feedback will be deleted if it has not been assigned to a team member or marked as “Removed” if assigned to a Knowledge Management team member.

What happens if I check the "Notify me about updates" checkbox?

If you check the “Notify me about updates” option and provide your email, the team handling feedback can respond, and you’ll be notified of any replies related to your feedback.

Can I provide multiple likes or dislikes on the same article over time?

You cannot give multiple likes and dislikes on the same article. However, you can change your feedback by simply clicking the opposite button (like or dislike) to switch your feedback status.
