Effective June 28, 2025, all users who sign in will be required to establish a password and authenticate through CivicPlus' secure sign-in system, Single Sign-On (SSO), also known as Authentication. If you save your code searches or are a MuniDocs or MuniPRO user, you have to sign in to access the Dashboard with those features.
Beginning June 28th, upon attempting to sign in, you will be prompted to check your email for a verification link. Clicking the link will walk you through a one-time setup of your sign-in credentials.
