The Online Code Hosting and SeeClickFix 311 CRM Card integration is a light integration that allows for a ConcernOnline Code Hosting (formerly MunicodeNEXT) code landing page. When users click the View button on the Concern/Request card, they are directed to your municipality's SeeClickFix 311 CRM (formerly SeeClickFix) website, where they can submit a resident service request.

  • To use this integration, your organization must have an Online Code Hosting instance and our SeeClickFix 311 CRM solution.

  • Please contact our Support team to set up this integration. Support will link your online code and SeeClickFix 311 CRM website.

Submit a Concern or Request from the Code Library

  1. Navigate to your online code An example Online Code Hosting landing page.

  2. Click the View button within the Concern/Request card A green, rectangular View button within the Concern/Request card on the right-hand side of the code landing page.

  3. You will be directed to your municipality's SeeClickFix 311 CRM website, where a new concern or request can be submitted An example SeeClickFix 311 CRM integration request page.
