Add an Occupant to a Parcel Level Violation Record

Prev Next

The following steps can be used to add an occupant to a violation record. This applies when the customer does not use the building and suite property record process. This method lets users identify an occupant linked to the violation case record. Users can then print letters and notices for that occupant. This means users do not have to create separate buildings and suites for each parcel record. Examples of these are apartments or similar units.
