205500: Special Characters Causing 404 Error: The Filename that is uploading and trying to open is determined to have an "&" symbol in the filename, which was causing the issue.
- Expected Functionality: A file with a special character was uploaded to a project and saved. After the page is refreshed, when the document is clicked, it opens successfully. Users can see the content inside the document.
209394: The Print Invoice button is not working on the Portal page. When you go to make a payment, an intermediate page appears. The Print button on that page doesn't do anything when clicked.
- Expected Functionality: On the portal, when an invoice is opened in "My Invoices," clicking the "Print" button should make the invoice print. The invoice should print successfully.
190972: Building/Suite Name not transferring property address information on license renewal record: When a license is attached to a suite, and the license is renewed through the portal, the Building/Suite name field gets wiped out.
- Expected Functionality: When a license attached to a suite is renewed through the portal, the Building/Suite name should not be cleared. It should remain visible after the renewal is finished on the portal side.
202670: High Average - Code enforcement module is not adding the code section or allowing a manual case number: Unable to search/add codes to violation.
- Expected Functionality: In sections like Violations, Permit Inspections, Project Inspections, License Inspections, and Fire/Safety Inspections, specifically on the Codes tab, a new code should be added successfully to the inspection codes once it is added and saved.
192931: All comments after the '<'are truncated in the inspection comments field once the inspection is saved: When putting a comment into an inspection result, the inclusion of a less than character (<) causes the rest of the comment to be omitted.
- Expected Functionality: In all modules, including Permits, Projects, Licenses, Fire/Safety, Complaints, and Violations, printed letters should show comments that are marked with "<>". This applies mainly to inspection letters.
209731: Hide Special Requirements Button: Need to remove the Special Requirements button.
- Expected Functionality: In Admin Tools > Database Management > Licenses, the "Special Requirement" button should no longer be visible.
203301: Docs Not Saving Properly in Code Enforcement Module: The Code Enforcement module doesn't render the warning letter correctly when saving to the documents tab as a {{glossary.DOC}} file.
- Expected Functionality: When a letter is printed for Violations in Code Enforcement, it should print correctly. After re-opening the saved letter, it should still work and have the right content in the document.
208959: Licensing - Search Feature - You cannot filter by more than one field at a time. For example, if you select (1) Business Type: Food Service Facility, then (2) License Status: Portal Submitted, and (3) check the "Display All" radio button, then click on "GENERATE SEARCH RESULTS," {{variable.Community Development}} does not show any records.
- Expected Functionality: In the search feature, multiple dropdowns are selected, and the "Display All" radio button is also chosen. After the "Generate Search Results" button is clicked, results should appear. These results should match the selections made in the dropdowns. This applies mainly to business type, business subtype, and license status.
209941: Public users see a "CommDev 404" error when logged in. If a public user is logged in and goes to a website address that doesn't exist (like /yourtown/somethingthat404s), they see the CommDev menu and a 404 error page. They should instead be sent to the portal's 404 error page.
- Expected Functionality: There are three different situations. First, if a public user is logged in and types in a bad website address, they should see a "404 page." Second, if a staff member or admin is logged in and types in a bad CommDev website address, they should see a "404 page" that includes the CommDev layout and menu. Third, when a public user is logged in and types a bad website address from CommDev, they should be sent to the portal's 404 page, and the left navigation menu should not appear. If someone is not logged in and types a bad website address, they should see an "Anonymous 404 page."
198979: License Renewal Request: When a user goes to update a license or renew a license, the only form that should show is the one from settings.
- Expected Functionality: When a new license is created in the Portal, the right form should appear on Step 5. If the license is renewed through the portal, clicking "Renew" on Step 5 should show the "License renewal form". After the status is changed to "Renewal Request Received" and the "Update" button is clicked in the portal, the correct form for updating the license should appear. This means that for all three types of license statuses, the correct forms are shown in the portal.
