Customize Form Headers & Signatures

This article will show you how to manage the images used for reports and forms Headers and Signatures.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Admin Tools and select Forms Customization:The Admin Tools section highlights Forms Customization in the navigation menu.

  3. Select the Headers button in the right-side column:Form settings interface showing options for public access and module selection. The headers button is highlighted.

  4. The Main Header (%H1) item is used for internal report headers A setup note for form headers with file upload option highlighted for user guidance.

    Note:

    The size of the image must be 672 by 114 pixels or less (landscape).

  5. The Main Header Landscape (%H2) item is used for outward-facing forms A form section for selecting a main header landscape with a file upload option.

    Note:

    This should be 166 by 165 pixels.

  6. The Sub Header items are used for additional needs for reports and outgoing forms:File upload options with subheaders for user selection in an interface.

  7. The Signature items are used to display a digital signature on the reports and outgoing forms:Four signature upload fields labeled for user input on a form.

    Note:

    Format should be 300 to 400 by 70 to 100 pixels

  8. Select the View Current links to see what images are currently being used for either the Headers or Signatures:File upload options with highlighted view current buttons for selection.

  9. Click the Save Data button:A button labeled 'Save Data' for submitting information.
