Customize Form Headers & Signatures

This article will show you how to manage the images used for reports/forms Headers and Signatures.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Admin Tools and select Forms Customization:Forms customization navigation.

  3. Select the Headers button in the right-side column:Headers button in the right-side column.

  4. The Main Header (%H1) item is used for internal report headers Main header item.

    Note:

    The size of the image must be 672 by 114 pixels or less (landscape).

  5. The Main Header Landscape (%H2) item is used for outward-facing forms Main header landscape.

    Note:

    This should be at 166 by 165 pixels.

  6. The Sub Header items are used for additional needs for reports and outgoing forms:Subheader items are used for additional needs.

  7. The Signature items are used to display a digital signature on the reports and outgoing forms:Signature items are used to display a digital signature.

    Note:

    Format should be 300 to 400 by 70 to 100 pixels

  8. Select the View Current links to see what images are currently being used for either the Headers or Signatures:View current links to view images being used for headers or signatures.

  9. Click the Save Data button:Save data button.
