Ability to Add Additional Contacts in Your Licensing Application

When a portal user fills out their licensing application, Step 4 has been expanded. Users can now add as many additional contacts as they need. The user may provide a first name, last name, phone, and email. When done, click "Next" to go to the next step. Each additional contact can be found on the admin side under the Business Information tab.

New Filter Field in Licensing Reports: Exclude Renewed Licenses

In Licensing Reporting, we have added a new filter called "Exclude Renewed License". This will filter out any licenses that have a child license. For example, if a parent license (#1) has a child license (#2), then license #1 will be excluded from the list. If child license #2 has a child license (#3), then license #2 will also be excluded from the list. This will go as many levels deep as needed and will strictly only include licenses not renewed.

178967 | Timeout Message in the Scheduling Tool: When a user was working in the Scheduling Tool, sometimes a "session timed out" message would appear even though the user had just logged in.
- Expected Functionality: Users should not receive timeout messages when their sessions have not expired.
187598 | Apostrophes in Invoices: When a field contained an apostrophe in an invoice, the system added additional escape characters.
- Expected Functionality: Apostrophes should be able to be saved in each applicable field (names, notes) and not add extraneous characters
818523 | Bulk Print Email in Licensing Reports Not Sending Email: When a user runs a report and opts to "Bulk Print" to "Email", a report is generated showcasing the contact and email address that will be sent an email. However, not all emails were being sent.
- Expected Functionality: All records listed in the report will be sent an email, regardless of whether they have received the same email before. However, we have added an additional filter in this release called "Exclude Renewed License" to help filter out those you may not want to send an email to.
83458 | Parcel Flags Not Showing Up on New Permits: When you go to make a new permit, only 3 of the 9 flags are showing.
- Expected Functionality: When creating a permit, the user should see all flags (if turned on in the parcel) at the top of the record. Only the icons listed here have matching icons in the permit.
780684 | Misplaced Message in the Fire Module: There was a message floating on the form.
- Expected Functionality: The message is now under "Occupant Information" and only shows when multiple business licenses are attached to the parcel.
834282 | Document Upload Button Missing on Parcels with Buildings: The "Upload a File" button was missing when buildings were added to the parcel
- Expected Functionality: The upload button should always be visible.
780588 | Searching Fees Scroll to Bottom: After you performed a search, you were scrolled to the bottom of the page.
- Expected Functionality: After performing a search in fees (the setup area in database management), you should not be scrolled to the bottom of the page.
189724 | Clear Button in Fire/Safety Inspection does not work: After entering in search criteria in recurring inspections, the clear button does not clear out your search criteria.
- Expected Functionality: The clear button should clear out the search criteria so that the user can easily enter fresh criteria.
738866 | Contractor Add-in Projects Do Not Get Added to Contacts: If you added a contractor on the Contractor tab, it was not showing up under contacts.
- Expected Functionality: Added a contractor in the Contractor tab should always add a contact in the Contact tab. However, the reverse is not true. If you have a Contractor in Contacts, they do not automatically get added to Contractors because there are additional fields required.
180132 | Searching by Role is Manage Users Doesn't Work on the Second Page: If you searched by role in Managed Users and have more than one page, the search criteria weren't honored on the subsequent pages.
- Expected Functionality: If performing a search by role, all results on all pages should match the search criteria.
767683 | Apostrophes and Ampersands in the Citizen Portal
- Expected Functionality: Portal users should be able to save information in fields with apostrophes and can upload documents with special characters. However, documents will have the special characters stripped out.

- Expected Functionality: A user should be able to save an apostrophe in fields in the licensing module.
827305 | ICC Code Search Not Working: If a user searched for codes that exist, in some instances, no results were being returned.
- Expected Functionality: When using the live code search from the International Code Council (ICC), our search results should match what ICC provides.
828075 | Permit Number Changing: Users were noticing that sometimes permit numbers were changing.
- Expected Functionality: There is a setting called "Permit Number Entry" that allows you to edit the permit number, regardless of whether it is approved or not. We have corrected this setting to work and if you want to prevent permit numbers from changing, please turn off this setting.
189043 | Permit Emails Not Going Out: If you included someone as a CC in your Status, Routing Step, they were not receiving the email.
- Expected Functionality: If you include someone as a CC and they have a valid email address, they should receive the email based on the settings you select in the step and your organization settings.
841694 | Select Complain Subtype says status: In complaints, when selecting a subtype, the dropdown incorrectly said, "Select Complaint Status".
- Expected Functionality: The dropdown should state "Select Complaint Subtype.”
