Payments Reversed on Invoices Custom Report

In the custom reporting area, you should see a report called "Payments Reversed on Invoices". This report finds all reversed payments. We have added new filters so that you can search for historical reversals as well as two new columns for Merchant Code and Merchant Code Reversal. This report shows all reversed payments regardless of payment method. However, if a user paid using a credit/debit card through the CivicPlus Pay integration, you will have a merchant code (Transaction ID) that will tie back to your payment gateway provider. This will allow you to reconcile reversed payments between the two systems. The Merchant Code (reversal) column is the transaction ID of the reversal (refund or void) itself.

More Reversal Reasons

We have added more reversal reasons when you refund/void a payment. We had only one reason available but now the following list will show:

  • Application Rejected/Withdrawn

  • Change Payment Method

  • Chargeback

  • Cancelled

  • Duplicate Payment

  • Incorrect Application/Purchase

  • Incorrect Invoice

  • Incorrect Fees

  • Insufficient funds

  • Other

  • Manual Error

  • Refund Requested

  • User Error

Customize the Content of your Registration Success Page

We have added another content area to customize so that you can instruct your portal users on what to expect when they register for an account. Currently, the "REGISRATION_SUCCESS" content is used to customize the page that users see after the successfully register for the backend of Community Development using the Register link located at /login. The new content area for "REGISTRATION_SUCCESS_PORTAL" will be used to do the same but for users that register for the portal.

If left blank, the following default text will be used:

"Thank You !

Thank you for your registration on the Citizen Portal. You will be receiving an email with a link to confirm your registration request. If you have not received this email after 48 hours, please contact us - C4Sandbox will confirm when your account has been activated.

Note: This link is only valid for 30 days. If you do not confirm the registration within this time, you will have to re-register."
