This article will show you how to adjust how many failed login attempts can be on an account before you are locked out.
Important Note
The default number of attempts is set to 10. There can be no more than 10 attempts or fewer than 3.
Instructions
Log in to Community Development
Navigate to Admin Tools:
Select Organization Settings:
Select Program Settings:
Next to the line item Max Unsuccessful Login Attempts, adjust the number to your desired number of attempts:
Once finished, click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the Organizations Settings Page:
