Public Record Search

We have a new feature to enable residents to self-serve public records by parcel. You can enable the public record search in your organization settings under Other Settings. Once enabled, your users can look up public records using the tax parcel ID or location. They can drill into a parcel and see all permits, complaints, violations, licenses, and projects related to that parcel. They can also filter by building, suite, or lot.
