Recurring Fire/Safety Inspections

Recurring inspections happen on a set cycle. This cycle starts from the last inspection date. This article shows how to create a fire and safety recurring inspection record.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Fire and Safety Inspections, expand Recurring Inspections, and select Add Record Dashboard for Fire and Safety Inspections with options for adding records and viewing reports.

  3. Select the Inspection Type from the drop-down Form for creating a recurring record with the required inspection type field highlighted.

  4. Click Parcel Number Form fields for fire safety inspection, highlighting the parcel number.

  5. On the pop-up screen, Search for the Parcel Form to search parcels for adding a fire inspection with a highlighted search button.

  6. Select the Building Location ID of the parcel you wish to add Table displaying building location IDs and associated parcel numbers for inspection purposes. A building location ID is highlighted.

  7. The record will populate with the parcel information Details of a property, including parcel number, building name, and location information.

  8. Select an Inspection Cycle timeframe from the drop-down menu. This choice sets how often the inspection recursDropdown menu showing inspection cycle options. Highlighting the selected 12-month option.

  9. Set the Start and End Date for the recurrence Form fields for selecting the inspection cycle, start date, and end date.

    Note:

    Check Never Expires if no end date is needed.

  10. Click Create Create button is highlighted in a user interface for status selection.
