Recurring inspections happen on a set cycle. This cycle starts from the last inspection date. This article shows how to create a Fire/Safety recurring inspection record.
Instructions
Sign in to your site
Navigate to Fire/Safety Inspections, expand Recurring Inspections, and select Add Record
Select the Inspection Type from the drop-down
Click Parcel Number
On the pop-up screen, Search for the Parcel
Select the Building Location ID of the parcel you wish to add
The record will populate with the parcel information
Select an Inspection Cycle timeframe from the drop-down menu. This choice sets how often the inspection recurs
Set the Start / End Date for the recurrence
Your title goes here
Check Never Expires if no end date is needed.
Click Create
