Occupancy tables can be used to calculate the project cost inside a permit using ICC’s (International Code Council) occupancy and construction classes. You can also alternatively add your own occupancy tables. Once added, you can use occupancy tables to calculate project values.
Instructions
Sign in to your site
Navigate to Admin Tools and select Database Management:
Select Utility Modules:
Select Occupancy Fee Tables in the right panel:
Click the Add Table button:
Name your table and add any Multipliers, if necessary:
For each combination of the occupancy class and construction class, you can add the rate:
Note:
Use this table to enter the construction cost per square foot for each Occupancy Class and Construction Type. When selected on a permit, the system will use these rates to calculate the project value from the entered square footage.
