This article shows how to easily submit a request or complaint. This is done using the Citizen Portal. Users can learn to quickly share their needs or report issues directly. This helps make sure concerns are heard. It also helps address them quickly.
Instructions
Log in to the portal and select Submit a Complaint:

Search for and Select a Location using the search bar:

Ensure the address you entered is correct and appears in the Preview box. Then click the Confirm Location button:

Select a Request Category:

Search for Category: Enter a specific category to search
Request Categories: Listed categories include animal control, health department, municipal codes, nuisances, police related, public works, structures, and zoning
You can click Add an image to upload a photo, if applicable. To continue without adding an image, click on No Photo:

Describe the complaint, if applicable:

Select the type of problem from the drop-down menu:

Click the Confirm Details button:

Select how you would like to identify yourself for this request. Then click the Next button:

Note:
If you select ‘submit as yourself’ or ‘hide my identity’, you will be prompted to sign in or create an account.
When complete, you will receive a confirmation number:
