Submit a Complaint on the Citizen Portal

This article shows how to easily submit a request or complaint. This is done using the Citizen Portal. Users can learn to quickly share their needs or report issues directly. This helps make sure concerns are heard. It also helps address them quickly.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the portal and select Submit a ComplaintSubmit a complaint.

  2. On Step 1: Select Land, Building, or Suite Location, search for the specific location of the complaint, and click Generate Search ResultsSearch location.

  3. View the search results and select the Parcel Number link for the appropriate location Complaint details.

  4. Populate the fields in Step 2: Complaint DetailsComplaint details.

    • Request Number: Auto-generated by the system

    • Description of Concern: Enter a full description of the concern or complaint. Include any room numbers linked to the complaint

    • Request Type: Select the type/subtype of the complaint

    • Requestor: Contact information will populate from the submitter's account. Adjust as needed

  5. Click SubmitSubmit button.

  6. Navigate back to My Dashboard and click on the My Complaints option to review the status of the complaint My complaints.
