This article shows how registered users can reset their password in the portal.
Instructions
Select the Log In button on the Portal access screen
Click the link that says Forgot username or password
Enter your User Name and click Generate New Password
Note
If you forgot your username, check the box above Generate New Password.
An email will be sent to the address linked to the username. This email will have instructions on how to reset the password.
