This article shows how to update your parcel database in Community Development.
Important Notes
The user must be a container administrator to access the import area.
Ensure the columns (fields) are in the same order as the last file uploaded. This was configured by your implementation consultant during the initial system configuration.
The fields in the CSV file have already been matched to the parcel table fields and do not need to be changed. The CSV file used for the import must keep the columns in the exact order set up with your Implementation Consultant.
Instructions
Sign in to your site
Download the file from the assessment software using a CSV to your local drive
Navigate to Admin Tools and select Organizational Settings:

Scroll down and click Parcel Import:

Click Choose File and select the CSV file from your computer:

In the Server File Name field, type in the exact name of the CSV file:

Click the Save Settings button:

Do not continue until the system has fully saved your changes
Scroll down and click the Import button:

Note:
The import can take several minutes.
