Document Viewer Share Link Refinement
The share-link button in the document viewer has been redesigned to collapse into a compact icon that expands on hover. This keeps the viewer toolbar uncluttered while making the sharing action easy to access.
SSO Login: Any Identity Provider Support
The single sign-on setup experience has been updated to support any identity provider, not just Okta. Customers using other SSO providers can now configure their settings through the same guided interface.
Require SSO Self-Service Toggle
Customers with administrator access can now enable or disable the 'Require SSO' setting for their organization directly from the admin interface. The control uses an optimistic lock to prevent conflicting changes from multiple administrators.
Canvas Setup: Multi-Step Data Entry and Key Validation
The canvas setup flow now distributes data entry across multiple steps for clarity. The form prevents duplicate configuration keys from being submitted and surfaces any keys that are inactive or unreachable, reducing setup errors.
Email Trigger Tags: Onboarder Photo and Contact Link
Two new merge tags are available for customer-facing email templates: onboarder_photo_url for embedding the assigned onboarder's headshot, and contact_link for linking to their contact page. These allow onboarding emails to feel more personal and direct.
