Self-Service Path-Scoped Site Addition
Existing customers can now add a path-scoped site of their own on a host that is already registered and shared with other customers, without staff intervention. Previously, this kind of shared-host addition required manual setup; the change lets the domain be self-registered against the existing shared-host record while keeping each customer's crawl scope correctly isolated to its own path.
FAQ Deep Links
The FAQ Library now supports deep links to individual FAQ entries, addressed by a stable #faq-<uuid> anchor, along with a copy-link action in the library UI. This lets customers and support staff share a link that opens directly to one answer instead of the top of the FAQ list.
AI Disclosure and Footer Tagline Update (Texas HB 149)
The docviewer's Ask a Question feature now displays an AI-use disclosure, and the footer tagline was reworded to satisfy Texas HB 149 requirements around disclosing AI-generated responses to end users. This is a compliance-driven change to what customers see when interacting with the AI-backed Q&A feature in the document viewer.
OutSystems COBPublicView PDF Recovery
The fetch pipeline gained a dedicated recovery path for PDF documents served behind the OutSystems COBPublicView file viewer, which previously blocked those documents from being retrieved and made available in the viewer at all. A follow-up hardening pass fixed edge cases in the initial recovery logic. The net effect is that documents hosted behind this viewer type now surface correctly for customers instead of silently failing to appear.
