Add Web Open Credentials

The Staff Portal supports the storage and access of Application Credentials for Web Open. The credentials enable the Resident Portal, CivicPlus Integration Hub, and other products to integrate with Web Open.

Important Note

You can create more than one credential for an application. However, the Resident Portal will use the first created credential.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Staff Portal

  2. Navigate to the Applications tab

  3. Select Actions and then Manage Credentials next to your Web Open application Manage credentials option under the Actions drop-down next to a credential.

  4. Click New CredentialNew Credential button in the top right corner of the page.

  5. Fill out the credential fields: Form for creating new Web Open application credentials with fields for domain, client ID, and secret.

    • Name: Add a name for the credential (Example: Web Open Credential)

    • Client ID and Client Secret: Enter the Client ID and Client Secret for your site. If you need help finding these, please contact Support.

    • Scopes: Select if this credential should be used to create meetings or get forms in the Resident Portal

  6. Click SaveSave button in the top right corner of the create credentials page.
