Add Web Open Credentials

The Staff Portal (formerly CivicPlus Organization service) supports the storage and access of Application Credentials for Web Open. The credentials enable the Resident Portal, Integration Hub, and other products to integrate with Web Open.

Important Note

You can create more than one credential for an application. However, the Resident Portal will use the first created credential.

Who can use this feature?

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Resident Portal

  2. Navigate to the Applications tab The Applications option in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select Actions and then Manage Credentials next to your Web Open application Manage Web Open credentials.

  4. Click New CredentialNew Web Open credential.

  5. Fill out the credential fields: Web Open credential fields.

    • Name: Add a name for the credential (Example: Web Open Credential)

    • Client ID and Client Secret: Enter the Client ID and Client Secret for your site. If you need help finding these, please contact Support.

    • Scopes: Select if this credential should be used to create meetings or get forms in the Resident Portal

  6. Click SaveSave Web Open credential.
