Manage Agendas in CivicPlus Mobile

The Agenda Center module in CivicPlus Mobile allows you to view an agenda in your native mobile browser or using PDF.

Instructions

  1. Select the Agenda Center iconClipboard icon for the Agenda Center.

  2. Tap Search by CategorySearch by category field on the Find an Agenda screen.

  3. Select your desired CategorySelect a category for the agenda.

  4. Tap Search by Word or Phrase to refine your search further Search by word or phrase field.

  5. Select your date rangeDate Range options for searching an agenda.

    • Last Month: View agendas from the past month

    • Last Week: View agendas from the past week

    • Next Week: View agendas in the coming week

    • Next Month: View agendas in the coming month

    • Set Custom Date Range: View past and/or future agendas within a specified date range

  6. Tap View AgendasView Agendas button at the bottom of the Find an Agenda screen.

  7. View results Results for council meetings scheduled on August 28th, 2019, with posting details.

  8. Tap the arrow icon to see more information Arrow with more agenda options.

    • Preview: Preview the agenda in your mobile device's native browser Agenda for Heritage Advisory Committee meeting with discussion topics and time allocations.

    • Agenda: Download a PDF of the agenda

    • Packet: Download a PDF of the complete agenda packet

    • Recording: View a recording of the agenda meeting, if available
