Apply Filters to Alerts

CivicPlus Mobile provides easy access to local alerts that range from road closures, to animal-related alerts, and natural disasters. This article will show you how to view alerts in the Alert Center.

Instructions

  1. Click on the Alert Center icon: CivicPlus Mobile, Alert Center Module icon.

  2. Click the Filters icon: CivicPlus Mobile, Alert Center Filters icon.

  3. Select your desired Filters: CivicPlus Mobile, Alert Center - Filter Options Checkboxes.

    • Alert Categories: Check this box to show all alert categories

  4. Click the Apply button: CivicPlus Mobile, Alert Center, Apply Filters button.

  5. View results: View filtered results page.
