Archive a Content Element

This article will show you how to change the status of a Content Element to archived.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the HCMS

  2. Navigate to Content on the left-hand side and select the Content Type that contains the Content Element you want to archive Navigation menu showing content types including Event, Article, and Employee options.

  3. Click the Actions menu next to your desired Content Element and select Change to ArchivedThe Change to Archived option under the content element actions menu.

  4. Choose an Archive option and click Confirm Popup window for archiving content item with options and confirm button highlighted.

    • Set to Archived immediately: Choose to have the content element immediately archive

    • Set to Archived at a later date and time: Select a date/time to archive
