This article walks through how to turn on CivicPlus Athena in Staff Center. When enabled, organization users can chat and interact with CivicPlus Athena.
Important Notes
CivicPlus Athena is currently in Beta. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
Organization Owners can always interact with CivicPlus Athena, regardless if the setting is enabled.

Instructions
Select Organization Settings in the navigation menu

Scroll down to the CivicPlus Athena section and enable CivicPlus Athena in Staff Center

Scroll up and click Save

Organization users will now be able to chat with Athena
