Integration Hub Startup Process

Who can use this feature?

Organization Owners

Staff Portal (Organization) Steps

You will only need to follow these steps if you need to give users access to add and manage Integrations. These users will not have full access to CivicPlus Integration Hub. If there are additional users who need to have full access to CivicPlus Integration Hub, please contact Support.

1. Add an “Integration Hub” group to Add an “Integration Hub” group to CivicPlus Staff Portal

2. Add any necessary users to the organization

3. Add these users to the CivicPlus Integration Hub Group

   • Add Owners to a Group

   • Add Members to a Group

4. Set up Credentials for each of your products

   • Web Central Credentials

     • If you don’t already have them, please contact CivicPlus Support to obtain the API Key and Partition for your site

   • Mass Notification Credentials

     • If you don’t already have it, please contact CivicPlus support to obtain the API Key for your site

   • HCMS Credentials

     • We recommend creating a client that is just used for CivicPlus Integration Hub

Integration Hub Steps

1. Navigate to Integration Hub

2. Grant Groups of Users access to CivicPlus Integration Hub if necessary (see Organizations section above for more details)

   • Permissions Overview

   • Assign Permissions to Groups

Extra Steps

• Web Central: You will need to go to each of your modules and turn on Integration Hub for the categories and/or folders

• Web Evolve and HCMS: If you haven’t already, you’ll need to update permissions for your CivicPlus Integration Hub Client

  • On the Client in the Clients section

  • On each Permission Set you’ll be using for your integrations
