Organization Owners
Staff Portal (Organization) Steps
You will only need to follow these steps if you need to give users access to add and manage Integrations. These users will not have full access to CivicPlus Integration Hub. If there are additional users who need to have full access to CivicPlus Integration Hub, please contact Support.
Add an “Integration Hub” group to Add an “Integration Hub” group to CivicPlus Staff Portal
Add these users to the CivicPlus Integration Hub Group
Set up Credentials for each of your products
If you don’t already have them, please contact CivicPlus Support to obtain the API Key and Partition for your site
If you don’t already have it, please contact CivicPlus support to obtain the API Key for your site
We recommend creating a client that is just used for CivicPlus Integration Hub
Integration Hub Steps
Navigate to Integration Hub
Grant Groups of Users access to CivicPlus Integration Hub if necessary (see Organizations section above for more details)
Extra Steps
Web Central: You will need to go to each of your modules and turn on Integration Hub for the categories and/or folders
Web Evolve and HCMS: If you haven’t already, you’ll need to update permissions for your CivicPlus Integration Hub Client
