Who can use this feature?

Organization Owners

Staff Portal (Organization) Steps

You will only need to follow these steps if you need to give users access to add and manage Integrations. These users will not have full access to CivicPlus Integration Hub. If there are additional users who need to have full access to CivicPlus Integration Hub, please contact Support.

  1. Add an “Integration Hub” group to Add an “Integration Hub” group to CivicPlus Staff Portal

  2. Add any necessary users to the organization

  3. Add these users to the CivicPlus Integration Hub Group

  4. Set up Credentials for each of your products

Integration Hub Steps

  1. Navigate to Integration Hub

  2. Grant Groups of Users access to CivicPlus Integration Hub if necessary (see Organizations section above for more details)
