Improvements to the Account Creation Process

We've improved the account creation experience to guide users more effectively while enhancing security. Now, all users attempting to create a new account are sent a one-time passcode (OTP), with returning users receiving a personalized message to help them access their existing account. This update ensures a smoother login process for returning users and strengthens protections against account enumeration tactics.
