Amend Agreement Workflow
Staff can now amend a signed agreement directly from the agreement page or customer dialog without navigating away. Clicking "Amend Agreement" creates a new draft linked to the current deal, and a live-updating "supersedes existing plan" banner reflects changes in real time as the deal is edited. The workflow is also available on the legacy 2025 agreement page.
AI Alt Text Generation for Attachments
When staff uploads an attachment, the system now automatically generates descriptive alt text using AI. This improves accessibility for documents and images without requiring any manual input from the uploader.
Document Availability Filter
The document list now includes a dedicated filter for document availability, giving users a more direct way to narrow results by whether a document is accessible. Previously, this was bundled with other filter options.
Document Viewer Font Performance
The document viewer now self-hosts the Lexend font (400 and 700 weights) with preloading, removing the dependency on Google Fonts and improving load time. The keyboard shortcuts button is also hidden in phone portrait orientation to reduce clutter.
