SeeClickFix 311 CRM can be used as an Action in Integration Hub in order to create a request when an event triggers the integration.

Setup Instructions

  1. If not already set up, configure SeeClickFix 311 CRM Credentials

  2. Create a Simple Integration or an Advanced Integration with SeeClickFix 311 CRM as the Action SeeClickFix action example.

    • Type: Select Request from the drop-down

    • Category: Choose the SeeClickFix Request category you want to add requests to for this integration

    • Action: Select Create from the drop-down
