Sending Notifications in the HCMS

Users will see a prompt to send a notification when content is added or modified in the HCMS or in Web Evolve. Notifications can be sent immediately upon publishing the item or asset, or if the item contains a date field they can choose to send the notification a specific number of days before the date field. They may also choose not to send a notification at all.

If the user chooses to send a notification, they will be able to customize the subject and message of the Email, as well as the message for the SMS notification. In addition to the messages specified here, the actual content of the email will always be sent in Emails, and a link to the content will always be sent in the SMS notification.
